Although the Parker Velocity bow is a nice shooting bow for all archers, the Velocity really makes a great option for those just getting started. New archers will have the luxury of high-end accessories at an affordable price. Shooters will also have the option to buy completely set up from the factory with everything they need to get started. Despite the IBO speed of 315 feet per second and a thick handle, the Velocity draws great and offers lots of customization in the draw cycle not seen with other budget bows. For $399, shooters may struggle to find a better shooting rig.
