The Phenom SD should appeal to a lot of shooters on the market for a target bow. Shooters with a limited budget, weaker shoulders, or short draw folks should really give this bow an honest look. It lacks some of the technology PSE has to offer for 2017, but nothing about the bow feels like a budget bow, and it shoots very well.
