Version: 2024 Mathews Image
Pros: I love the adjustability. It is incredibly smooth to draw and hold for long periods of time. Zero noise
Cons: I cannot find any cons about it.
The speed of the bow is impressive for only 50lbs. Its very forgiving and accurate. By far the smoothest draw and release I have shot in th46 years I have been shooting. Set up is quick and easy to maintain. Zero jump/vibration in your hand. I have mine set up with the trophy ridge react pro digital bridge lock. Rip cord ace, and Mathews bridge lock stabilizer. I shoot Easton Full metal jackets the new 4mm with 125gr Iron Will broad heads. I shot my once in a life time trophy bull elk this year in September. He was at 35 yards and my Mathews Image was nothing short of incredible. With a a deep breath and a gentle pull on my release trigger he instantly dropped when all the air blew from his chest cavity. It was a clean passthrough taking both lungs and through the center of his heart. He went 2o yards and fell over. I never found the arrow. My daughter is wanting to archery hunt and this is the bow I am setting her up with.
