Summary
Summary review written by our editors.

The Prestige is a great bow for anyone looking for an arrow slinger that can be used in any level of competition or hunting. Whether your plans include using it solely as a target bow or as a dual purpose bow, the Prestige is a smooth shooting winner. Since the Prestige is the fastest target bow in the Mathews lineup, it also makes and excellent choice for women or young archers that need more speed. If you enjoy both target archery and hunting and want a bow that can do it all, then the Prestige definitely deserves a look before making another purchase. Read full review...

The Conquest Apex 7 is one of the most widely used Mathews bows for 3D and target shooting, and that is due to its great blend of speed and forgiveness. If you demand a quick bow that is easy to hold on target, the Apex 7 meets your needs. This bow meets advertised speeds and is almost shock and vibration free and if the price tag for a new one is too stiff, then consider buying a used bow since they hold up very well and a quality bow can be had at a reasonable price. Try one out and see why so many are still being used today. Read full review...

Before making a purchase of a pure target bow, be sure and check out the Mathews Conquest Apex 8 if you prefer a long, heavy, forgiving bow. The Apex series bows can be seen all over 3D courses and indoor shoots as they have been very popular in the recent past. The single cam technology makes this bow easy to tune and work on, giving you a consistent shot every time. Using the same technology as the Conquest Apex that came out in 2005, this tried and true bow should be considered if the specifications meet your needs. Read full review...
