About Mathews

Mathews Inc. was established in 1992 by Matt McPherson, a very talented, ambitious, and passionate compound bow engineer. Interestingly, 30 out of 39 employees moved with the company proving Mathews Inc. is a great place to work at. Fast forward to 2008, and the company employs around 240 employees and is nested in approximately 100,000 square feet of space.

Right from the beginning the main company's motto was "people first, business second". Such culture, supported and embraced by everyone, helped the company achieve a lot of goals and operate the business with customers in mind. That is why Mathews Inc. is respected by customers and produce great quality compound bows. Be it Mathews hunting bows or competition bows, or any other archery accessories many customers can expect great quality and service that requirements.
