The Hoyt Rampage XT is a very well balanced bow with great shootability characteristics. While it's a mid-range priced bow, it is nearly as good as the top end Hoyt bows like Carbon Element. Although a bare bow could be a bit quieter and could have less vibration, when outfitted with a stabilizer the Rampage XT is nearly immaculate hunting bow. While the Hoyt Rampage is not the quietest rig out there, it's a good shooting bow at a very affordable price. Although this bow could have less hand shock and vibration, installing a good silencing package helps to make it quieter and improve shootabillity. This is a very easy drawing bow with a smooth draw cycle and extremely adjustable cam system: no bow press or extra modules are needed to tune the draw length from 25 to 30 inches.
