A Great Shooting Bow Made it to My Top 5 List

Rating:

Pros:
– stable bow with a solid backwall
– consistent smooth draw
– perfect finish
– very enjoyable to shoot

Cons:
– a little bit on the heavy side

Full review:

I am a target archer and I don’t really mind that this bow is is a little bit on the heavy side. As a matter of fact, a bit of extra weight makes it more stable and shootable for me.

The draw cycle is a little bit on the stiff side but is very smooth at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised with how solid the back wall was when I first shot it. Didn’t expect that to be honest, the Mathews engineers did a great job I must admit.

I shot the bow without the stabilizer and it worked pretty well for me. I was accurate enough. Obviously a good stabilizer will make it even better.

This is a vey forgiving bow with literally no hand shock whatsoever. The grip is comfortable, no issues here. Just the whole experience is very enjoyable because this shooting machine is designed by people who care.

The finish is absolutely perfect, I inspected the bow thoroughly and couldn’t find any issues at all.

Overall, the TRX 38 is an amazing bow. Definitely makes it to my top five list.

If the price tag doesn’t scare you go ahead and try it out for yourself.
