For someone wanting to get into archery or just learn how to shoot, the PSE Silverhawk is a good option that will not break the bank. During its three year run (2007-2009) this bow was the most affordable in the PSE line-up. It may be questionable whether or not this makes the rig a very good value but the fact is, this bow is good for learning how to shoot along with being a decent first hunting bow, a good back-bow or even a good rig for bowfishing.
